Meet Victoria Mitchell

Victoria sees every project as a chance to learn and grow — she loves solving problems and digging into the details, always taking notes and researching to land on the best solution for her clients.

Victoria brings curiosity, care, and dedication to every project she takes on.

Victoria knew early on that design was her path — two interior design classes in high school sealed it, with a teacher who saw her potential and pushed her to pursue it as a career. Her favorite part of the job is space planning, where every layout brings a new puzzle to solve. Though still early in her career, she’s proud of how quickly she’s been able to dive into real projects, believing hands-on experience is the best way to grow as a designer.

The Human Focus

Nearly every project comes down to designing for the person, not just the space — like recommending an ergonomic chair for a client who works from home with back pain. Knowing the person behind the project means designing around their lifestyle so the space works for years to come.

No Handoffs

As a project evolves, clients often refine their ideas along the way — having someone who’s been there from day one makes those changes easier to navigate, and lets Victoria advocate for the client’s original vision, catching details that might otherwise slip through.

Listening First

Every client communicates differently — some want the big picture, others want every detail — and recognizing that helps Victoria keep each one feeling informed and confident. She listens first for the challenge behind the request, not just the product being asked for.
