Meet Kyle Hellman

Need office furniture done right? Kyle’s the guy — his clients rely on him for everything, and they know his attention to detail shows in every finished space.

Kyle brings precision, care, and follow-through to every project he takes on.

Kyle studied architecture in college and found his way into office space planning from there, discovering a genuine love for drafting and computer-aided design along the way. What keeps him energized after all these years is still the space planning and renderings — watching a concept take shape. He’s especially proud of his work on Uptown 43 Coworking Space, Ameriprise Financial, KFYR TV Reception, and Weikum Law Firm.

The Human Focus

When a client wanted his desk to feel like a kitchen table with no boundaries, Kyle found the answer: a weighted cantilever desktop with no legs, creating a gathering spot instead of a barrier. For Kyle, reading a client goes beyond the furniture list — first impressions matter.

No Handoffs

Clients remember who stays until the very end. Kyle walks through the finished space, talks through the colors and design choices, flags any install issues, and even wipes down and vacuums before he leaves — a clean, proud handoff that leaves a lasting impression.

Listening First

One client told Kyle it was a clean slate — “do your magic” — and to think outside the box, knowing they could pull back if needed. It reshaped how he approaches every project since. Kyle can often tell what a client needs just by reading their space and how they present themselves.
