Meet Aubree Leiser

Detailed, driven, and true to her word. Clients know Aubree communicates clearly and finds a way to get things done.

Why Clients Choose to Work With Aubree

Aubree studied interior design at NDSU, thinking the job was mostly about picking finishes and making spaces look nice. She ended up falling for space planning instead — solving for how a space actually functions, working alongside architects, engineers, and contractors. What keeps her excited is watching a client see the difference in their space, and the variety of learning new industries along the way. She’s worked on everything from a single chair to three full floors of furniture, but the thing she’s proudest of is the relationships — some clients she’s worked with for over 20 years, and it feels more like friendship than work.

The Human Focus

Aubree once designed an office for a sports team coach and really listened to what she needed — not just what she said, but how she wanted to connect with her players in that space. Clients don’t always know what they need up front. Building trust gets you to the real solution.

No Handoffs

Aubree’s worked at a dealership where sales and design were separate, and watched details get lost between people who never met the client. As a designer, she knows the product, codes, and details — so she can answer questions on the spot instead of sending clients elsewhere.

Listening First

Aubree asks questions, then actually listens instead of jumping back in. She doesn’t assume a word means the same thing to her as it does to the client — if someone says they move people around the office, she’ll ask if they mean people or furniture, since the answer changes everything.
